Why We Watch The Olympics…

The television ratings for the first four days of Olympic coverage have been fantastic, as each day seems to set a new record for the number of people watching the coverage. NBC is now saying that this may be the most watched Olympics ever. People are also going online in record numbers to get more information about their favorite athletes and Olympic sports.

So, why are there record numbers of viewers tuning in to watch the Olympic games?
