Sometimes I think that the person who invented the phrase positive mental attitude must have slept through Mondays.
The television ratings for the first four days of Olympic coverage have been fantastic, as each day seems to set a new record for the number of people watching the coverage. NBC is now saying that this may be the most watched Olympics ever. People are also going online in record numbers to get more information about their favorite athletes and Olympic sports.
So, why are there record numbers of viewers tuning in to watch the Olympic games?

Optimism helps us to focus on what we can control. Optimism is about balance, and not just balancing out negative news.
